It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. Appartement très mignon et lumineux en face du port de l’Arsenal. Endroit stratégique et central : Bastille et le marais sont à quelques minutes à pied. C’est aussi pas loin de 3 principales gares ( Gare de Lyon, Gare d’Austerliz, Gare de Bercy ). Il a été refait à neuf il y a 2 ans et est situé au 3ème étage.
