Welcome to our newly refurbished apartment in the beautiful town of Westport! Comfort, light and luxury are the priority here. Two bedrooms, two shower rooms. A great base for exploring the Wild Atlantic Way, we are 15 mins drive from Croagh Patrick and some of the most beautiful blue flag beaches in Mayo. Even closer we have a safe shortcut to the Great Western Greenway plus Skatepark and astroturf basketball court. 10 mins walk to the centre of town with fabulous restaurants, cafes, shops.

It is perfect for a walking holiday as there are many loop walks close by. The house sits on 1 acre site and is an ideal peaceful retreat with easy access to beautiful beaches and Carn golf club.The house consists of 2 bedrooms which will sleep 5, one ensuite and a main bathroom. There is a large open plan kitchen living dining area and separate utility room.

Located off R335 to Louisburgh 2km from Westport Town and 1km from Westport Harbour, Westport House, Pubs, Westport Coast Hotel and spa. Choice of restaurants. On Greenway, accessible on foot. Croagh Patrick 4km. Old Head Beach 10km. The cottage comprises 1 double bedroom, with ensuite shower, sink, toilet, 1 living area comprises of kitchen, dining, sitting area with TV, WiFi, fridge, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave. Iron, hairdryer, towels, bed linen provided. Sofa bed available.

It is also a short walk to Westport Point where the locals and Tourists swim at high tide. Close to Westport House where you can stroll around the grounds.

Florence's House

This is an exceptional property. Florence's House is a period house that has been wonderfully restored to its former glory with original sash windows with shutters and ceiling coving. The entire south facing rear of the living /kitchen area is glass (a la Room to Improve) and looks out onto a very stunning stone clad rear yard. One of the former bedrooms upstairs has been turned into a large bathroom with separate shower unit. The attic has been converted to replace the 2nd bedroom.

Mayo. 8 minute drive to Ballina town with restaurants bars shops etc. 2 minute drive to Great National Hotel Ballina and Mount Falcon estate with spa, bar and restaurant facilities. Mount falcon also have lovely walks, a lake and kids playground. House is enclosed for safely of pets and children, with a sandpit, blackboard chalk to help keep the kids entertained so you can sit and relax in the sun!
