Although you are secluded to your own private space there are others staying on the other side of the home so you may hear noises. Whether you are passing by or planning to stay this is a convinent place to rest if you want to enjoy Boise.

Things to note 1 We have a young family and your room is adjacent (although not accessible from our space for your privacy) to our wonderful often noisy life, there is insulation, white noise, and a TV to buffer, and they do this quite well, we are asleep/quiet between 9pm and 7:30am 2 We are on a busy road, so there is some traffic noise 3 We are centrally located between Boise, Garden City, and Eagle. The home offers 2 rooms (king & queen beds) as well as a full sized sofa bed with a large private yard and patio. This family friendly home is just steps away from a large park with sand volleyball, tennis courts, and playground. Walking distance to Bown Crossing where you can enjoy various shops and restaurants. A quick 10 minute drive or less to Downtown Boise, Boise State University and BOI

Cozy In and Out - Guest House and Courtyard

This adorable guest house offers a secure and private stay. Includes a full bathroom, king bed, and outdoor eating area. Our home is close to Meridian Village, Settlers Park, and our main highway (I-84). Close proximity to Downtown Boise, rivers, and the airport. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway and space is available to store bikes, kayaks, etc. A twin air mattress and child pack-n-play available upon request. We do not allow pets, including emotional support animals.

Private outdoor sitting area & shared covered patio with sink (summer) & nice yard. BBQ available if requested in advance. Well lit free street parking. Host and his dog “Elvie” live on site.
