Relaxing vacations by the sea is something you have to live visiting Crete. My apartment is located at the traditional village of Analipsis just 400 m from the beach. You can enjoy relaxing moments at a renovated apartment or you can explore the nearby beaches. Moreover the area provides other services like supermarket, sea sports, restaurants and cafes in a close walking distance. Enjoy the Cretan hospitality and the crystal clear waters whether you are traveling with your family or friends.

The location of the villa is in Messaria village-Santorini, just 5 minnutes drive from Fira. Jacuzzi is closed fr Okt. 31 - April 30 Recommended use during sunshine periods. The house is about 40sq.m, with 1 bedroom with dooble bed, living room with two double sofabeds, 1 small kitchen, 1 bathroom and yard-balcony with beautiful sea view. The house has also an outdoor shower and large parking area. The view is amazing. The blue and crystal clean water of the Aegean sea is on your sight from almost everywhere, even from your bed!

My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, nightlife, family-friendly activities, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the light, and the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

The house consists of 2 Master bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room with kitchenette, where a comfortable sofa bed can accommodate 1 more person. One of the Master bedrooms has 2 single beds, in order to accomodate 2 children or a second couple.

This is a 80 m2 fully renovated home , located 200 m from the Nea Chora beach area and only a 10min walk from the town center and the old harbor. The house has a large private courtyard and garden and everything you need for a perfect stay !!!
