The widely known beach of Karfas is only 200 meters away from our apartment. In order to get the better out of the living experience we offer, you can go down the stairs that lead directly in the Aegean Sea . Don’t forget to pack your swimsuits !

The maisonette is ideal for families or couples, offering a fantastic view of the Corinthian Gulf and beautiful sunsets. It is located in Vouliagmeni Lake of Loutraki (in the settlement of Makrygialos). The distance from the sea is 80 meters, and from the lake, it's a 3-minute drive or a 6-minute walk. The village of Perachora, which has a supermarket, is 10 minutes away by car, and Loutraki is 20 minutes away by car.
