The apartment is about 40 sq.m, one bedroom with a double bed, living room with a sofa bed ( two single beds), fully equipment kitchen, bathroom with shower, balcony with view to our nice garden with flowers and pistachio trees and in front of the sandy beach and the sea of Marathonas village. A renovated studio up to 2, with a balcony with sea view to Vathi beach. The studio has a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, full equipment kitchen. Suitable for couples to relax. Next to romantic port of Souvala , just 5 minutes walking distance from the Souvala port ,market, taverns, bakery, pharmacy etc. Ferry boats has 3-4 times per day from Pireas port directly to Souvala port. Also there are 3 beaches in walking distance from the studio.

The maisonette is newly built and nicely located at the heart of Aegina town. It is built over 1st and 2nd floor and accommodates up to 6 people.
