Eleni's Villa

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful one level house. The house has an 8m by 4m pool surrounded by old olive trees. There is a charcoal bbq fully equipped with outdoor kitchen and a spacious patio with outdoor dining area. there is also a great kids play area with a ping pong table, a swing, grass and many toys. A 6 minute drive can get you to a beautiful, organised , Blue Flag beach in the heart of Agioi Theodoroi. There is 2 bedrooms and also a double sofa bed in the living room.

Sea Satin Virtus Villa is the is the ultimate place for a family to rest and enjoy an easy going summer! Its unique 360o view to Fragkolimano Bay and its pool makes this place distinct. Amidst 3 well known beaches (Micro Amoni Bay, Sofiko, Kalogerolimano) is the ideal point for restful summer vacations! With 1 double bedroom and extra 2 foldable double beds, it can easily accommodate 4-5 people that can have their privacy in a relaxing environment surrounded by the vast view of the bay.

The Acropolis has never been closer than from this penthouse studio.. Consisting of a comfortable bedroom, a proper kitchen and a full bathroom. The terrace is fully furnished with an outdoor sofas and dining table. Tastly decorated with an island feel. The awe- inspiring views are unobstructed to many landmarks of Athens: the Lykabettus hill, the Observatory, the Mitropolis and the charming houses of Plaka. A rare gem in the very center of Athens.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
