Sea View unique- Tiny wooden house + breakfast

A cute woodhouse (15m2) in the beautiful garden of the Hotel Cokkinis with the panoramic seaview. Bathroom inside the room. It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

Villa Salanti

Villa Salanti offers a serene retreat featuring two private beaches. Just a few meters from the beach, a patio invites you to enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. Inside the house, you'll find two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with comfortable seating, and one and a half bathrooms. In the evenings, a terrace provides a perfect place to witness spectacular sunsets. Aditionally, the villa promotes environmental responsibility by relying on solar energy harvested from its rooftop.

Αφήστε πίσω κάθε έγνοια με αυτόν τον ευρύχωρο και γαλήνιο χώρο. Απολαύστε στιγμές χαλάρωσης κάτω από το αίθριο στην αυλή με τα ωραία δέντρα και θέα θάλασσα. Το αεροδρόμιο Ε.Βενιζέλος και η Αθήνα βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 1 ώρας από την κατοικία. Η παραλία και το πάρκινγκ σκαφών Αλμύρα είναι στα 300 μέτρα. Το κέντρο των Αγ.Θεωδώρων είναι 7 λεπτά από την κατοικία. Ενώ 15 λεπτά απόσταση με το αυτοκίνητο είναι το Καζίνο Λουτρακίου. Επίσης υπάρχει δωρεάν μεταφορά από το σταθμό τρένου Αγίων Θεοδώρων.

Dáphne Village House /between Methana & Poros

We welcome you in our cottage house in Taktikoupoli, boasting a strategic location between Methana and Poros island, just 1 km away from the nearest coast (by car). A peaceful retreat away from town noises but so close to excellent choices such as Methana Volcano, Thermal Volcanic Spa, Ancient Theater of Epidayros, DevilBridge, Vathi fish taverns, Psifta Lake. Plus, the garden spot is a lovely place to watch the sunset. All you need is a vehicle (mandatory) and travel mood!

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

A spacious and sunny top floor of a two floor house directly by the sea, less than an hour's drive from Athens. It is fully equipped, with a very large balcony, on an acre of land containing an orchard, and direct access to the beach. It is also close to Agioi Theodoroi, Corinth, and Loutraki, and suitable for excursions to multiple archaeological and natural sites, picturesque villages, and two ski resorts.
