Αποτελεί ιδανική επιλογή για τις καλοκαιρινές σας εξορμήσεις καθώς υπάρχει εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλες τις παραλίες του Πηλίου και του Παγασητικού κόλπου. Πρόκειται για ένα ανακαινισμένο στούντιο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με θέα τη θάλασσα, ιδανικό για ηρεμία και χαλάρωση. Το κέντρο της Αγριάς απέχει 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια και στα 200m απ'το σπίτι υπάρχει super market.

Anna's Apartment in Agria

Anna's Apartment is located in Agria, a coastal town about 7km from the city of Volos. The apartment is situated 250 m from the seaside in Agria, where you will find restaurants, tavernas, cafés, and a picturesque port with fishermen's boats. Agria is also a great starting point for hiking, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing at the nearby ski resort between January and March. An ideal, bright apartment that has sunshine all day round.

Two bedroom flat near the sea

The flat is full of light and very comfortable either for families or couples. It has two large bedrooms, big bathroom and kitchen. The balcony is private and has a view to the mountain. The flat has underfloor heating, but it is not used for bookings less than one week. For shorter bookings there is available a fireplace. With the fireplace the temperature can rise up to 19c, so the flat is not suitable if you want very warm environment.

The chalet consists of two floors and a very large garden (1000 m2). Only the ground floor (consisting of 2 bedrooms, hallway, kitchen, bathroom) is rented at this price and the upper floor is not accessible butwill not be rentedout to other guests during your stay. The whole chalet (both floors) is available for rent and is presented on the airbnb platform under the brand name “Orfeas Chalet”
