Brand new neighborhood in most west facing area of Cochrane which means unobstructed views of the mountains.
Home is west facing backyard with clear mountain views and amazing sunsets off the patio!
Free parking on street. Sloped stair access down side of house (sorry not wheelchair friendly). Fully fenced and secure back yard.

Owner Host is welcome to offering recommendations for places in area to visit if needed. Owner host is not on site but a Property Manager is available in area for emergencies. Owner can be contacted 24/7 by phone or email for any questions or concerns.
The lower suite is in the west-facing area of Cochrane which means unobstructed views and easy access to the surrounding nature. Go for a picturesque hike through nearby trails and enjoy the delicious restaurants and local shops in town nearby.
