La casa è composta di 2 appartamenti separati al piano terra ed al primo piano, nelle immediate vicinanze del campanile, pittoresco e rumoroso. La parte comune prevede giardino con idromassaggio e lavanderia. Panoramica. Presente il WiFi. I cani di casa sono 2 boxer bianchi, Lego e Jackie.

Villa Nedda est une grande maison de famille, vraie "fabrique à beaux souvenirs", située dans le Roero, à seulement 10 minutes d'Alba. À son charme s'ajoute sa versatilité : le grand séjour cathédrale avec sa cheminée est le lieu idéal des retrouvailles hivernales et d'arrière saison; avec son four à pizza et son barbecue, la grange aménagée ouverte sur le jardin se prête aux plus belle journées estivales et printanières; la petite piscine hors-sol fait la joie des grands et des petits.

The Tana house is a delightful country house, nestled in the green hills of the Alto Monferrato (UNESCO World Heritage), between the valleys of the White Truffle, just minutes from Acqui Terme, ideal for family holidays and for relaxing holidays full of good food and wine in the area. It has two separate and fenced gardens, with private swimming pool, all for the exclusive use of guests and is surrounded by fields, vegetable gardens, woods and vineyards.

The apartment is located in the Santa Rita district, near the University of Economics and the Grande Torino Olympic Stadium, adjacent to the Pala Sport Olimpico and also a few minutes from the Lingotto Fiere and Mirafiori. It is located on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift. The center of Turin can be reached in 15 minutes by car or by public transport with a stop at the apartment number.

In Pelin's house you can breathe the heart of Turin, in a historic building with a view of green hills. the choise of materials and every object has been chosen with care and love during our travels around the word. It's possible to park one car inside the courtyard, but we don't have the lift.
