This is my favorite of all 19 cabins here at Towpath Landing! 200 degree water views from huge deck just feet from the water and serene privacy - there is a shed on the property not another cabin. Super romantic with a huge fire pit and your own little beachy kayak launch. Vischer Ferry bike trail borders the property for biking, hiking and kayaking. Vaulted beamed ceiling and full walls of glass make for crazy views overlooking the river. Serviced by filtered river water. SO SO PEACEFUL HERE!

Riverfront Rustic 1824 Mansion

Escape to magical sunsets on the Hudson. Soak in the pristine clawfoot tub. Viking pro-grade cookware for the chef in you. 6-burner gas barbecue. Cappucinos on balcony while the dogs run and the kids bounce safely on enclosed trampoline. Rambling 2-flr apt with original 1824 wide-plank floors and beams. Balcony for serene views over wine. Paddle canoe to historic Erie Canal by day. Nights around 2 fire pits on the grand lawn with friends. Many have loved this historic home --you will too!

Misty Isle Acres

Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

Towpath Landing is a collection of 18 waterfront cabins that I am bringing back to life. Cabin Bleu has expansive views of the Erie Canal/Mohawk River, fully stocked kitchen with granite, huge front porch with table, grill and relaxing chairs PLUS a screened in back porch for relaxing with a woods view. This is served by filtered river water so bring drinking water.

Outdoor Pool and enjoy the Sauna afterward! Close to ski mountains in Windham in 17mins, Hunter mountain in 30min. 30min drive to Hudson.
