North Conway private, wooded in-town location

Our home sits on top of a hill looking down over a very quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of North Conway, between North Conway Village and Intervale/Kearsarge. The house sits on 1/2 acre of wooded land with a long dirt driveway leading up to a parking area that can accommodate 2-4 cars. Our home has direct access to the Whitaker Woods trail system that runs from Kearsarge to North Conway Village. We are also a short walk to the Moat restaurant and Stonehurst/Wild Rose restaurant.

Welcome to our family cottage located minutes from everything the valley has to offer! Skiing, riding, hiking, swimming, shopping and everything we love about the North Conway area only a short ride away. Well appointed home offering all you will need on your getaway no matter the season. Snuggle up on the over-sized leather furniture while watching a movie or reading a book. Watch the sunrise off the large deck while enjoying your coffee. Smart TVs and games to keep all entertained!

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. LOCATION CAN NOT BE BEAT! Perfectly located North Conway cabin at the base of Cathedral Ledge. A wonderful way to spend a few nights this summer. Dog and family friendly, you'll never be bored 5-10 minutes away from downtown North Conway, Storyland, Echo Lake, Diana's Bath's, Cranmore, Attitash and of course Cathedral Ledge.
