This is a bright & breezy room with amazing views & easy access to the rooftops. It is partially solar-powered has 2 ACs, a big Smart TV with cable, WIFI, water dispenser, fridge, sofa set, dining table & 2 toilets (1 with hot/cold shower stall). It is an OPEN space, with 2 double beds plus thick MATTRESSES on the FLOOR. It has a kitchenette, outdoor sink, BBQ pit & marble dining set. Rate is inclusive of full breakfast for all guests. There are stairs to climb (to the 3rd floor).

Renovated and removed the partition so now only 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds. 1 CR...It is located on the 3rd floor with separate entrance from the main house. The main house has a generator including room for guests, hot and cold water or shower, best for family or friends. Room can accommodate 4 persons ...Airconditioned.... no charge for children... we no longer serve breakfast ever since Covid 19 ... but we will provide you with stove, rice cooker and kettle

The house is located close to downtown Tabaco City , 10-15 minutes walk or use a pedal tricycle to get to downtown and market. Public transportation in not a problem getting around in the vicinity. Family operated , a well gated private house. Uses solar powered for lighting so no brown out. Has a view on Mayon volcano on the 2nd floor deck and roof top deck . Lots of open space on the deck for morning exercise and stretching for fresh morning air.
