A renovated 1880’s farmhouse with all the modern amenities yet keeping the charm. It is between Lake Placid (5 miles) and Saranac Lake (4.5 miles) in North Elba’s tiny hamlet of Ray Brook. It has a completely fenced in yard with lots of room to play and a large back deck to watch it all happen. *We allow 2 small or 1 medium well behaved, fully vaccinated, house trained dog.s. You can experience 3 major ski resorts, snow machine trails, farms, hiking trails, lakes and 3 miles from the down town shopping. It is nestled in the woods. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families. We offer Shuttle service to and from the Long Trail trailheads. Our bedrooms offer a create a king to accommodate guests who prefer a king bed and guests who prefer twin beds.

Our cottage is located in the desirable Hillcrest neighborhood and is a short 6 min walk to downtown. Stroll three blocks, one through the park and you will be in the heart of downtown by the movie theater where there are plenty of restaurants and things to do.
