Two-Bedroom City Apartment

While located in the centre of Ålesund, the apartment is protected from the heaviest downtown traffic. Although the floors are heated and the electrical systems will keep you warm, you are more than welcome to use the wood stove in the living room for atmosphere and extra heating. Wifi is free, and there is a TV with Apple TV connected. The kitchen is modern, and there is a dining table in the living room. You also have access to a big wooden terrace with a great view of the Sunnmøre alps.

You will be able to enjoy high standard home appliances, smart The Frame Samsung TV, bathroom accessories, comfortable beds, fragrant and clean bed linen. ✨🌱 We refurbished them ourselves with love, putting a lot of time and energy into every detail. Totally renovated apartment with all amenities, 85 sqm in 1 floor in our old private town house built in 1905. Free Parking on the property. Charging option for car by agreement 5,- Nok/Kw. Walking distance ( 15min) to the famous Ålesund City center with its Jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all visitors. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house.

Fridge, oven and dishwasher in the kitchen. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. Warm and cold water. Access to a large terrasse from the living room / dining room, and plenty of outdoor areas for fun activities. Great view of mountains and sea.

Relax in this exciting villa with a gorgeous view, free jacuzzi, sauna, opened kitchen, mini jungle, large garden, boat house, ping-pong table, darts, swing, SUP paddle (only in summer) and barbecue for a relaxing stay in Ålesund city! Parties not allowed. Due to the price of electricity, if you want to use the sauna, a supplement of 200 nok per session will be asked.

Hytte ledig for leie fra August 2021. Dette spesielle stedet ligger i nærheten av alt, noe som gjør det enkelt å planlegge besøket. Her kan du oppleve mange fine fjellturer som for eks Giskemonibba, Lebergsfjellet , Steingarsvatnet, Måselia, Nyseternakken. Det ligger nært Ålesund, Molde og Geiranger for å kunne utforske dagsturer.

Koselig gjestehus med flott utsikt over sjøen og egen privat hage med teltplass. Stor veranda mot sør og vest for opphold og grilling. Gjestehuset er fullt isolert og oppvarmet for helårsbruk. Egen volleyball og badminton bane. Eget område med hengekøyer.
