Fully implemented Kitchen, Dining Room, and Living room with Hardwood Maple flooring. Main House with 3- Bedrooms. You have exclusive use of the original main part of the house, 3 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. There is a separate addition with 1- Bedroom Apartment which IS NOT included with this rental. Welcome to our house. We offer 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.
