Grandpa Beach House is an apartment 13 floor in front of the Albufereta beach. It is recently reforming with beautiful views to the Mediterranean Sea. You have peatonal access to the beach from the urbanization. Full urbanization, adapted with lift from the parking, ramps for the pool(adults&children), playground, garden areas with tables and chairs where you can enjoy meals and dinners outdoors and sports area. Next to bus stop, tram, supermarkets and restaurants, near golf course.

Está situado justo en primera linea del mar, donde puedes disfrutar de un agradable y bonito paseo marítimo. Una hermosa playa con aguas cristalinas, lo mejor que te ofrece el Mediterraneo. If you are looking for a cozy, bright and comfortable beachfront apartment in a beautiful natural area of beach and mountain with Mediterranean sea views, I highly recommend you staying at my place. Excellent for singles or couples. The apartment is directly on the beach (rocks), which is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. You can access all the beaches (sandy and rocks) of this natural area and the city centre of historical Denia through a lovely seaside walkway.
