Our Home Away From Home

Beautiful house on highway 88 that is our home away from home and would love to have you to enjoy it like we do. Very large yard that you can have a bonfire or play outside games. Blue Ridge Parkway 1 1/2 miles away, eateries and Shatley Springs nearby. Jefferson and West Jefferson 15 to 20 minutes away. New River State Park 10 minutes away. Winery minute away. Lg desk workspace, TV w/reading nook. Lg front porch w/seating, deck w/ seating, gazebo & gas grill. Parking for 4 cars.

Cheek Mtn Escape - 35 acres!

A super cozy 2 bedroom house situated on 35 acres with the most killer sunrises, sunsets, & mountain views. A spacious porch that soaks in all of the mountain air, not to mention, our daily deer visitors. The property has walking trails and plenty to explore. While you are here, you feel miles away, but town is just 20 minutes down the road with great restaurants in Sparta and West Jefferson. Christmas tree farms, wineries, small town vibes, are perfect to getaway for awhile. Come stay!

Our newly renovated and updated 4 bd/2 ba home has plenty of character and charm. Featuring original wood floors and moulding, plenty of natural light, and space for the whole family to enjoy. Walking distance to downtown Sparta and adjacent to Veterans Park, our home is in the perfect location to enjoy this quaint town or as a jumping off point to many of the nearby adventures the blue ridge mountains have to offer! The Home Place at Piney Creek

Unwind and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway! Built in the early 1920's, this farmhouse with a wraparound porch and beautiful views is the perfect place to experience the NC mountains. It is located just two miles from the scenic New River where you can rent canoes, kayaks or tubes and a short drive to the nearest entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Grayson Highlands State Park. You can also explore the quaint nearby towns of Sparta and West Jefferson.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Our well-appointed, rustic cabin will comfortably accommodate 8 adults with 4 bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half bathrooms. We are directly on the New River with over 300 feet of river frontage which is great for fishing! Plenty of bass and catfish in the river. Sit on the front porch on a swing or rocking chair and take it all in! The living room has a large stone fireplace to enjoy on chilly nights.
