Oceanside house (2 bedrooms), 100Mbps Wi-Fi

2 bedroom house (built 2018) at the ocean, kitchen and two bathrooms with AirCon. Living room/ dining share another AC. 15 minutes to Tagbilaran and 15-20 minutes to the famous Alona beach. Ideal to relax a few days and go on Bohol Chocolate Hills tour and enjoy diving. Ideal for Freedivers! We are not in the central tourist spot. If you like to go to other places, you will need some mode of transportation. See below "Getting around". Copy of passport or valid photo ID required upon check in.

A convenience store is nearby for any groceries you need. They rent out motorbikes as well and offer other services that you may need.

Entire House w/ Pool Near Alona

A three bedroom two bathroom house on a gated lot shared by two other houses in a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms are all air conditioned and have queen size beds. 55 inch curved television with Netflix. There is a shared 15 meter pool. The house is a fifteen minute walk to Alona Beach. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance of the house. We offer free tuktuk rides to and from Alona Beach from 10am to 9pm. This also depends upon the availability of the driver.

Internet and hot water for showers and cable television are all included. This is a great rental for a small family for a very affordable price. Has couch and kitchen table and T.V. in the living room and bedroom. Fridgerator and stove to cook and water and cooking utensils and plates and silverware. Access to the community pool and gym 100 peso’s for adults 50 kids. Gated community 8 minutes drive from Alona beach panglao resort area. Also only 5 minutes drive from the new airport.

This place is in tawala near the famous Alona beach, 15 mins. walk to Alona-Beach. It has a nice garden, quiet and peaceful residential area away from the crowd It is 5 min.walk to the main street( public transport,) Shops(basic needs) ATM and Restaurant just along the street. It is ideal for families and couples and people who like the natur. Free drinking water.
