The Stables - Farm at Freeburgh on Ovens River

With direct, private access to the Great Valley Trail and the Ovens River, The Stables provides luxurious bespoke accommodation and complimentary mountain bikes for your stay. Located on 10 acres, The Stables is an outbuilding to the family home, along with our farm stay, The Barn. Within 10 minutes to the tourist town of Bright, and in close proximity to Falls Creek and Mt Hotham, only a short 45 minute drive away for hiking & skiing. Horse stays are also an option, with trail riding close by!

Saje's Pod

Saje's Pod is a two storey self contained unit with private access and parking. It has a queen bed with ensuite and an upstairs living area and kitchenette opening onto a shared deck with a barbecue for use by Pod guests. The Pod also has its own deck. The Pod and the House may be rented together. Saje's House is self contained. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed; the master with a king, 2 bathrooms and a laundry.

This unique and tranquil experience, your mud brick miners cottage on a lavender farm has fantastic views in all directions, is about 4km to all of the fine dining, shops and fun activities around Bright. Cycling, Golf and walking tracks, Mount Buffalo and its historic chalet are all nearby. With a adequate equipped kitchen and a BBQ on your own veranda where you can eat and enjoy the view.
