Recently renovated studio that is located in the heart of Seacrest Beach FL. This condo nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach is everything you need to relax and enjoy all of the wonderful aspects of 30A. King Size bed with casper mattress, along with fresh sheets, 65" TV with streaming capabilities. Enjoy hanging out on our comfortable sofa that can extend into a queen size pull out. Beach access is a short walk or tram ride away (Seasonal). Restaurants, shops, & bike rentals steps away.

Unit has fully functional kitchen and wifi included. Master bedroom beach/sunset views! Sleeps 4 adults with use of sofa bed in living area and additional cot-sized bunkbeds.

Our home is located in Seagrove, within biking distance of Seaside & Watercolor to the west & the Big Chill, Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east.
