Take in the maritime beauty of Tomales Bay from the comfort of this luxury waterfront cottage. Turn the wooden steering wheel on the front door and enter a light-filled living room with high ceilings and sweeping views of the bay. Seals, otters and rays make their way into the bay; at high tide perhaps you'll be lucky and catch a glimpse of a sting ray from the glass window in the living room floor. Our private beach is the perfect spot to go for a swim, or launch your paddleboards and kayaks.

Riley Beach Cottage sits on stilts just a few feet above the east shore of Tomales Bay. The great room, master bedroom, hot tub and northwest facing redwood decks all provide land's end views of Point Reyes National Seashore across this pristine estuary. With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. 6 acre Ocean Bluff Cottage -Dog friendly & EV

A rare and spiritual healing place with stunning oceanfront views from a 6-acre bluff paradise. Watch whales and bald eagles from the hot tub. The cottage is heated by propane and also has a wood burning stove. We offer the option of wine, flowers, rose petals on bed and balloons for wedding proposals, anniversaries, birthdays etc - ask for our price list. We are pet friendly and charge an additional $25 a day per pet up to 3 pets. There is a home 100 ft away that shares the 6 acres. No TV.

Conveniently located 15 minutes south of Mendocino, this property offers privacy with space to spread out between the houses. The hot tub and BBQ/ Fire pit area is shared with the guest house which sits below. This is a place to reflect, relax and recharge. Well behaved pets welcome! 240 and 140V plugs available in driveway - bring your own plug for car charging.
