The restoration and decoration of the flat was finished on sept 2017, with grate open spaces and super high ceilings (4 metres high) its and oasis of peace, thanks to the exterior glass and metal balconies that can be closed completely, and the wood windows that go from floor to selling on the outside facade. To the inside the flat overlooks a typical Spanish patio
As you approach the house the main outside door to the building warns the visitor about the category of the building about to enter … passing a metal gate the patio is reach, a simple elegant spaced that provides light to the inside of the properties and cools down the atmosphere during the hot days, opposite the lift and to the right the stairs, the height of the ground floor is so huge that the stairs need three sections to reach the first floor flat (in today’s construction it would be a high second floor)
As you enter the flat on your right and along the inside of the flat you have a wood and picture window overlooking the patio
With two confortable bedrooms one with a balcony, both with, wardrobes, bed side tables with reading lights and 100% cotton bed clothing
And two bathrooms one in suite with a bath and both with, shower and hot water on demand heated with city gas
The kitchen is modern and gear up with top range kitchen equipment, and with all the necessary utensils for cooking a delicious meal, presenting and serving the food
