Steps from here, you'll find the open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. Follow the home's warm wood flooring into each of the bedrooms, equally inviting with TVs, and ceiling fans. Downstairs is the movie room - best enjoyed with loved ones. A private washer/dryer, a dedicated workspace, central air-conditioning, fully fenced yard with fire pit and hot tub.

Busha's Barn

Serenity and seclusion awaits you at Busha's Barn. The nicely appointed studio has everything you need to enjoy your visit. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, convection/microwave, two eye burner, coffee pot, toaster. Relax on the couch and watch tv or take a nap in the comfortable queen size bed. If you are working from home there is a desk and of course wfi. Situated on a heavily wooded acre surrounded by birds and wildlife. Take a short hike down the path to Beaver Creek. Pets welcome!

The Little House -close to Windrock-no trailering

5 minutes to Windrock with plenty of parking for a trailers. You can ride directly from the house 10 mins to Oak Ridge. 3 minutes to grocery store. 40 minutes to Pigeon Forge. Our house offers a great outdoor deck for Entertaining. Spacious living room, dining room along with a washer & dryer! It has been remolded but still has its Imperfections. Quite safe neighborhood. Limited street parking. Plenty of back yard parking! If you are mountain biking - we have a secured basement to store bikes

Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.
