Urban Solace-Elements of Nature

A lavish space of artistic appreciation, for open-minded guests. We funded work in support of local/ emerging artists. The theme for our 4 bed 3.5 bath home is based on the elements of nature: Earth, Air, Fire, Water. Each room is an artist's expression of an element. Our goal is for guests to disconnect from stress, connect with an element, and escape into healing energy. Close to the airport and major freeways. Tucked away from the chaos of a big city, but close enough to get into Seattle.

Spectacular Waterfront- Views, Hot Tub, Fireplace

Relax and unwind in our squeaky-clean beachfront home with private hot tub & cozy fireplace. Beautiful Pickering is recently renovated and sleeps 6. Wake up to breathtaking views of Mount Rainier, wander the beach, soak in the hot tub, wrap up in a spa robe, and get cozy by the wood-burning fireplace. Cook on the gas stove, dine on the deck, breathe in the fresh forest air. HVAC Always fully cleaned and disinfected after each guest. Dogs allowed (preferably less than 20 lbs), with a pet fee.

Cabin in the Woods (on mile 18.5 of CW Trail)

Modern log cabin on 5 acres ready for your peaceful get-away. There are over 40 miles of off-road biking trails adjacent for your exploration. Enjoy the landscaped yards complete with gas firepit to entice you to count the stars in the night sky while enjoying your beverage of choice. The home has a gourmet kitchen, 3 bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably including a primary bedroom with an ensuite bath and a comfy king bed. 2.5 bathrooms with a grand fireplace to warm up the cool nights. Pets welcome!

Salish Sea Cottage-2 BR Waterfront in Port Orchard

The Salish Sea waterfront two bedroom cottage is sure to meet your expectations for a romantic getaway, small family trip, or solo work retreat! Just minutes from Downtown Port Orchard sits this adorable, stylish cottage perched over the Sinclair Inlet with breathtaking views to watch wildlife, Seattle ferries, and city views! Weather you stay local and explore downtown Port Orchard or catch the ferry to Seattle just 15 minutes from the house - You will surely find plenty to do in the area!

Waterfront Cabana with fireplace and hot tub

At the waters edge of Lake Tapps you’ll find our cabana. It’s hidden and private within our residential property. You’ll have the entire waterfront of our parcel to yourself. Fish off the dock, kayak, or just relax in seclusion. Outdoors you’ll find a large covered porch, fireplace and hot tub. Inside- a queen wall Bed, fireplace, cable TV, Wifi. It’s not as large as the pics make it seem but it’s comfortable. Please be aware the shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom.

Guesthouse on Luxury Mini-Ranch

Entire Guesthouse on fenced acreage with rolling hills, sports court, firepit, view of Mt. Rainier, horse friends that come right up to the fence. Wonderful property for friendly dogs! Guesthouse is bright and airy, with views over the ranch and pastures. Air Conditioned! Cook in a full-size kitchen, relax in a huge master bedroom suite with mountain views and master bath w/ jetted tub and walk-in shower and enjoy private patios with sunrise to sunset views and a huge firepit + BBQ area.

Great location for a remote vacation or as a starting point for all the hiking, beach combing, oyster/clam harvesting, and more the Olympic Peninsula offers.

The Gathering Place

Have something special to celebrate or needing an inspirational meeting place? The Gathering Place is a private outdoor venue with old growth forest, manicured and lush gardens, propane grills, outdoor food prep areas, large pergola, wet bar, dance floor, bistro tables with stone patios, farmhouse tables and benches, aerial lighting and several break out fire pits. This space is for day use only, no overnight lodging.
