At this peaceful, centrally-located home, enjoy a very tastefully appointed historic farmhouse. This entire two story home is clean, loaded with quaint spaces, and suits up to seven guests well. With state Capitol views, gorgeous sunsets, trees, a dead end lane, this will not disappoint! Surrounded by a covered porch, one may enjoy a morning coffee, sunset dinner or an evening stroll. So many adventures await a stones throw away. Markets, National/State Parks, beach, PNW Mtn adventures galore!

Urban Solace-Elements of Nature

A lavish space of artistic appreciation, for open-minded guests. We funded work in support of local/ emerging artists. The theme for our 4 bed 3.5 bath home is based on the elements of nature: Earth, Air, Fire, Water. Each room is an artist's expression of an element. Our goal is for guests to disconnect from stress, connect with an element, and escape into healing energy. Close to the airport and major freeways. Tucked away from the chaos of a big city, but close enough to get into Seattle.

Cabin in the Woods (on mile 18.5 of CW Trail)

Modern log cabin on 5 acres ready for your peaceful get-away. There are over 40 miles of off-road biking trails adjacent for your exploration. Enjoy the landscaped yards complete with gas firepit to entice you to count the stars in the night sky while enjoying your beverage of choice. The home has a gourmet kitchen, 3 bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably including a primary bedroom with an ensuite bath and a comfy king bed. 2.5 bathrooms with a grand fireplace to warm up the cool nights. Pets welcome!

Waterfront Cabana with fireplace and hot tub

At the waters edge of Lake Tapps you’ll find our cabana. It’s hidden and private within our residential property. You’ll have the entire waterfront of our parcel to yourself. Fish off the dock, kayak, or just relax in seclusion. Outdoors you’ll find a large covered porch, fireplace and hot tub. Inside- a queen wall Bed, fireplace, cable TV, Wifi. It’s not as large as the pics make it seem but it’s comfortable. Please be aware the shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom.

You'll have access to all of finest offerings while having a sweet little hideout to come home to at night. One of Olympia's famous restaurants -Tugboat Annie's is located in the same marina.

Welcome to our tiny little guest studio, located between downtown Seattle & the airport. Our guest suite (150 sf) is the attached studio next to our home. You'll have the entire space, a cozy bedroom that boasts a queen bed, coffee bar, itty bitty bathroom, and spacious deck all to yourself. We have a beautiful view of the greenbelt, chicken and duck pen and garden in front of our home. Whether you are on a work trip or looking for a fun get-away, our place is perfect for you!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Lovely single bedroom apartment, located on the second floor of a beautiful North Tacoma, Dutch Colonial home! Master suite with king size bed; spacious living room with French doors to deck with gorgeous view of Mt. Rainier; fully equipped kitchen including oven, fridge, microwave, Keurig, and all the essentials! Enjoy common game/DVD closet as well as spacious backyard with propane fire pit!

Country Chic, & whole lot of comfortable. Cute and easy to relax in. Enjoy the patio and the water feature. Lake access three blocks away. Property boast country/beach vibe. 150 Red Firs in the front and back yard. Main house has 1br, 1ba. There is a detached master in the back that is connected to the home via beautifully landscaped boardwalks. Deer and raccoons regularly spotted on the property. This is a quiet nature inspired location.
