The sofa converts to a comfortable king size, memory foam bed. This comes with breakfast in our garden room & access to a patio with fire pit table. 5 mins walk to Crosby station- trains to Liverpool every 15 mins with connections to Wirral via Moorfields. 5 mins drive from West Lancashire Golf club- one of the oldest clubs in the U.K.

The en suite has a double shower unit. Tea and coffee making facilities include herbal teas and ground coffee.

Newbridge Guest House

This guest house is in a rural location, within the grounds we have 2 fishing lakes which we run as a commercial fishery with farm land all around. There are chickens on site as well as a peacock and peahen. I must make you aware that we have a cockerel and he can be vocal early in the morning, the peacock too, this may not suit everyone. please be aware that there is no oven, but there is a hob, air fryer, microwave and toaster.
