Walk 1 blk to Navy stadium/less than mile to city dock! With fabulous fenced in outdoor oasis for relaxing family fun - w/hot tub, outdoor bar w/flatscreen TV, fireplace, swing, bocce ball, horse shoes, corn hole, and much more! Great outdoor family entertaining!!! Just ask! hosted hundreds in our home & have most every amenity. It's a modernly decorated duplex home w/ brand new wood floors, great massage chair & much more. We have it all! IT’s our HOME WHERE WE LIVE & have our belongings!

Hot tub is open for the season. Pool will be open May 12 through Labor Day weekend. Ideal for a couple's retreat, this king suite guest room has a massive bedroom with a seating area, mounted TV, and coffee bar with microwave/mini-fridge. An ensuite bathroom provides a luxurious shower with dual shower heads and a spacious closet. The pool and hot tub are seasonal.
