We offer 4 fully furnished dublex houses with the options of 2 rooms (2+1) and 1 room (1+1) right in the heart of Datca. Stunning panoramic view, very close to the beaches. Up to 6 people can easily stay in the 2-room-houses (with a double bed, 2 single beds, 2 couches that open to a bed) and the 1-room-houses can take up to 4 people (with a double bed and 2 couches that open to a bed). All our houses have a terrace with view, a kitchen and free wi-fi. Enjoy your stay!

"Klimataria" Τraditional Ηouse with Panoramic View

A lovely traditional house for 2-3 persons (ideally a couple with a kid) on the highest part of Chorio, the oldest part of the village, with a beautiful panoramic view of the whole island and the two ports, from a theatrical square with an ancient plane tree. Ideal for quiet nights, listening to the cicadas, away from the hustle of Gialos, and for beautiful walks among the traditional village houses, a few steps away of the Archaeological Museum.

We restored this old dwelling with great care and respect aiming not to "betray" its history and charm. The upper floor has been reformed to a functional 63 m2 apartment with a private entrance. Simple but elegant, it can accommodate visitors with interest in the culture of a place as expressed through the local craftsmanship; and it will be a great pleasure for us to help them discover Symi in the best way.

Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room with a sofa bed which is also the dining room and kitchen. In that area is also the bathroom. Next room, is the master bedroom. The gem of the house is the shaded balcony with an amazing view.
