First floor apartment of traditional Cycladic style with roof garden, in the heart of the settlement of Parikia, for 4-7 guests. Ideally situated, it offers tranquility and relaxation, and convenient central location. In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops, the port, the bus station and the taxi stand. The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view.

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.

Η βίλα είναι μεσα στην χώρα της Αντιπαρου. Μπορείτε να κάνετε τα πάντα με τα πόδια. Αποτελείτε από 3 συν ένα μικρό υπνοδωμάτιο και 3 μπάνια. Τα δυο υπνοδωμάτια είναι μάστερ, έχουν το μπάνιο μεσα. Αποτελείτε από πλήρης εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα τραπεζαρία και σαλόνι. Επίσης έχει εξωτερική τραπεζαρία ξαπλώστρες και γωνιακό καναπέ. Η πισίνα έχει καταρράκτη και μικρό πισινακι.
