Appartamento con piscina riscaldata

La casa si trova in un piccolo paesino ai piedi delle montagne. Siamo a 50 km da Ceresole Reale, nel cuore del parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso. L' appartamento si trova a pian terreno di una palazzina a due piani dove, al piano superiore abitiamo io e mio marito. Gli ingressi sono separati. La piscina è privata, noi solitamente la usufruiamo la sera, a volte, dalle 18 alle 19, condividendo un aperitivo con gli ospiti. Per il resto è tutta vostra! Solitamente nei weekend non siamo in casa.

Le petit coin de Jason - Issogne (AO)

L'appartamento si trova a circa 200 metri dal centro di Issogne. Può ospitare due adulti e un bambino ed è situato al primo piano con vista montagne. È composto da cucina, camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e lettino per bambini (lunghezza del lettino circa 1.60), bagno ed è dotato di riscaldamento a pavimento. All'esterno ampio terrazzo con tavolo, sedie e saltarello per bambini, parcheggio privato. La posizione geografica centrale, è ideale per raggiungere diverse località della regione.

Situated right on Le Prarion slope, next to the lift and bus stop so you can get the free bus into Chamonix easily, this tasteful apartment has a large balcony, wifi and private underground parking. There is also a (rather chilly!) pool in the quiet complex.

In the Canavese countryside, our house is a small oasis of peace and relaxation, ready to host people and animals. Immersed in a rural landscape, you can enjoy the garden, completely fenced. A short distance from the Gran Paradiso Park, but still close to the beautiful city of Turin, there are many activities that can be practiced nearby. Chalet Lemon Pit has the feel of remote private cabin, yet is just moments from central Chamonix. The panoramic views of Mont Blanc can be enjoyed right from the comfort of the living room or from the year around hot tub in the front garden. Ideally located on the edge of the forest, hiking trails and the ski piste in winter. It is also just next to the Brevent gondola (100m) and a 3-5 minute downhill walk into Chamonix town centre.
