Stylish Villa with private pool & relaxing garden

Stylish villa with swimming pool, for max 5 guests, between Ostuni and Cisternino, with 2 bedrooms, each with bathroom and independent entrance, living area with kitchen. The old part has star vaults and exposed stone. Outdoor spaces are the swimming pool of course, the garden with olive trees and Mediterranean plants, 2 outdoor dining areas, near the pool and on the back of the house, the barbecue, the stone shower. The furniture combines design elements with typically Apulian details.

Inoltre e' anche possibile visitare gli animali allevati in azienda. Posto ideale per una vacanza in totale relax,immersi nella natura. La casa e'indipende e riservata, vicina a Martina Franca famosa per il suo stile barocco ,Locorotondo,Alberobello famosa per i suoi trulli, Cisternino.,zoo safari di Fasano, le famose grotte di Castellana e la famosa Matera.

A 2 km da Martina Franca in campagna tranquilla intero appartamento dotato di comoda cucina (lavastoglie inclusa), camino, ampio bagno con idromassaggio. Di recentissima costruzione, resta molto fresca nel periodo estivo. Ideale per chi ama la natura, la tranquillità, spazi aperti nel verde. Il giardino esterno, in comune con la mia famiglia, è dotato di spazi x giochi per bambini. Disponibilità di noleggiare bici e segnalare percorsi ciclabili disposti tra trulli e querce.

Beautifully designed, spacious apartments set in the extensive gardens of a 17th Century farmhouse with a large saline swimming pool. Our property is in a tranquil, rural location surrounded by olive groves - but is within easy reach of Puglia's fantastic beaches, charming medieval towns and main tourist sites. Details of our additional measures to help protect our guests during the current pandemic are listed below.

Historic villa and pool set amongst ancient olives

A masseria (farmhouse) built in the 17th century and set amongst ancient olive trees with a walled citrus garden, the main house has been recently restored. The large garden is framed by stone walls and contains 800 year old olive trees, figs, Carob trees, grapes and more. A pool and outdoor kitchen is being constructed (work in progress photos from early March 2025 are included). Work will be completed by May 2025.
