Welcome to our cottage on the lake! We renovated this home through the spring of '18 and are so thrilled to have it ready for you! Sitting less than 30-feet from the sandy bottom of Bass Lake, this house is a charmer in all seasons. In the winter months, enjoy snowshoeing across the lake and come home to a cozy fire. The TeaCup Inn Traverse City is a quaint (500sqft) completely remodeled cottage, 500 ft from Arbutus Lake.Surrounded by summer cottage lake resorts, this cozy cottage includes two adult kayaks for your enjoyment. Stroll down the road, launch and enjoy a day on beautiful Arbutus Lake. Come home and grill dinner on the porch and s'mores by the bonfire! Pontoon rental is now available, ask for details! The Teacup is a quick 15 minute drive to downtown TC and the Traverse Bays, 20 minutes to GLEF.

Beulah and Empire are 15 minutes from the cottage, while Frankfort and Glen Arbor are about 20 minutes away. There are several great restaurants, and breweries nearby.
