The rental is resort-style, meaning that you have your own cabin and patio and share the dock and fire pit with a one bedroom guest units if it is occupied. It is sparkling clean. Centrally located. 10 minute walk to the town of Port Carling. 3 minute drive. The experience is fun and relaxing, but not remote. You'll love how clean, quaint and quirky it is. Muskoka as it is meant to be.

Located in the woods, watch the river flow by from any window, the porch or walk the trails. The main room has a leather loveseat, rocking chair and propane fireplace. The loft has a queen mattress. Kayaks are accessed at The Nest which is the 2nd cabin (that you can't see). Firewood available for free. Incredible night skies. Space and privacy. A soul restoring getaway.

My rustic and simple cabin is perfect to be one with nature. It is a 5 minute boat ride to access the cabin (the boat ride to and from is included in the nightly rate). You’ll love my place because of privacy, serenity, sunsets, and all of the trees. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. It s on the lakeshore private with sunset view and private dock . This 325 square foot cabin was originally built as a hunt camp in 1955 and has been newly renovated to be modern and comfortable while still maintaining its vintage rustic charm. Come and unplug in this quiet simple space only 5 minutes from Ilfracombe beach. Many folk singer/songwriters have recorded in this cabin over the past few years and it is now being opened up as a quiet getaway.
