We're on a road less traveled with neighbors few and far between but located just 10 minutes from wine tasting, beaches, downtown SLO, the Village of Arroyo Grande, hiking trails and so much more.

Patio furniture wiith covered gazebo, gas BBQ, pellet smoker/BBQ, patio heaters, fire table. Hot tub with gazebo accommodates 6. EV/Tesla charger in garage.

Enjoy this quiet, one bedroom guesthouse with your own private entrance. Hummingbird Cottage is a 10-minute walk to historical downtown Arroyo Grande which hosts boutiques, restaurants, bars, bakeries, coffee houses, groceries & antique shops. We are a 10-minute car ride to Pismo Beach, Lopez Lake and surrounded by award-winning wineries. For more adventure, AG is a Central Coast treasure and only three (3) hours from SF & LA. So come unwind in peace after a fun day of adventures!

This studio is in the perfect location just minutes from the village of Arroyo Grande. Tucked away on a quiet dead end street, this studio is perfect for an out of town guest looking for a great nights sleep and quaint room. TEN SHORT Minutes to the beach and 15 to San Luis Obispo! Perfect for a couple or a couple and small baby. Otherwise, not suitable for 3 people. Pets are welcome with the payment of a $20 pet fee.

We are an 8 minute drive to the beach. Close to Pismo Beach and within 20 minutes drive to San Luis Obispo. Great wineries within minutes and very centrally located

Great location! We are 4 miles to the beach and central to local wineries and breweries. You can literally walk to the village of Arroyo Grande. We allow pets--however, no pets July 4th or New Years Eve weekends due to local fireworks. Please contact us first if you have a furry friend. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom. Extra guests will need to walk through bedroom for use.
