Unique & cozy, nearby highway, food, hiking, university, & hospital. Clean & charismatic! Homeowner or staff sometimes present M-F, 9-2 on first floor. No indoor smoking

Come to the Chalet and look for Bigfoot... He's been sighted in our area! Chalet has 2br/1ba on 3+ wooded acres. Whole-house generator, fully-stocked kitchen, propane stove, great Wi-Fi, fenced dog area, W/D onsite, 2 smart TVs, office space & homemade treats. We are near Ashland University, great restaurants and shopping. We are an easy one-hour drive to Columbus, Cleveland, and Cuyahoga Valley National Park. No cleaning fees (*except for excessive messes), and no chores for you to do!

The River Town Getaway

This 3 bedroom home, 3 miles from Mohican state park, is our favorite place to be. Located on Main street you will enjoy the sounds of downtown, have coffe at Stelas and dinner at the Black Fork Bistro and dont forget the many shops. At Stakes IGA you can plan a feast. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub or play some games in the game room and arcade games from the past is always a blast. So bring your family and friends. The house sleeps up to eleven, 1st and 2nd floor full bathroom.

This one-of-a-kind, stylish studio home located in Ashland Ohio is a real treat! A modern eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, custom Amish made cabinetry, recessed and pendant lighting. A pristine, up-dated bathroom with a walk-in shower. A full-sized, stacked washer and dryer. The cozy living area has a queen size bed, a love seat, a larger, smart TV. Sleeps 6-8 with three bedrooms offering queen beds and a bonus sofa sleeper in living area, 2 full bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. Beautiful views of the golf course & seasonal views of the lake. There is plenty available to do! Enjoy Pleasant Hill lake, hiking, kayaking, skiing or an evening with indoor games, outdoor fire pit at The Round House.

The Dexter House Historical Downtown

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for gathering and fun. Historically kept, this home is filled with one of kind antiques and furniture. Wall paper and paintings date back several decades. Four bedrooms with five beds this home is equipped for large parties to stay and have a wonderful time. The Dexter Home is located in the historical heart of the city. Two blocks away from downtown and less than a mile from Ashland University.
