Lake Life 1BR at heart of GOTL

This apartment was newly renovated in July of 2023. The BR & bath are located on the 2nd floor lending more room for entertaining on the 1st floor. With a private front deck for those quiet morning coffees & a glass slider out to the back shared deck for that afternoon glass of wine. Fire pit in both the front and the back of the house for those breezy nights. Right off the strip, within walking distance to all entertainment, restaurants & shopping. Enjoy the sights of GOTL from the front porch.

Welcome to our 11-acre property with fully stocked one-acre pond for fishing and swimming. We are centrally located amongst the Ashtabula harbor, Geneva-on-the-Lake, and Harpersfield wineries. We have a beautiful king-sized one bedroom and one bath unit with a full kitchen and all the amenities you would need for a relaxing stay. Roku tvs in living room and bedroom. The Yoga House is about peace and serenity! We have a Smart Tv and wifi, but no cable. The upper floor is devoted to overnight stay with a kitchen, bedroom,living room and bathroom. You have a separate entrance over top of our Yoga House. Your entrance is to the left and around the back. There are steps as this is on the 2nd floor. We are located just a few miles from Conneaut Township Park with a lovely beach and waterfront dining. There is also many excellent wineries in the area.

Lakefront Apt on 2nd floor near Wineries and GOTL

Settle into the beach life in this 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment while exploring the nearby wineries or Geneva on the lake. Once you get here, you might just stay here instead. The view from the balcony is everyone's favorite part. Pictures don't do it justice. 10-minute drive to GOTL 20-minute drive to Wineries There is a bar next door open on weekends with live music to enjoy and be aware of. They don't stay open super late.
