Villa Olga is a true traditional villa, a centuries-old stone building (the village mansion of its time), renovated to accommodate 3 bedrooms and 2 baths while maintaining the architectural charm of its era. Its charm includes thick stone walls, numerous large stone arches, spacious verandas, wooden log ceilings, remnants of an indoor brick oven, an indoor winemaking and a wine cellar. Adjacent to the villa is an unrenovated stone building that houses an old olive press, still in good condition.

Velkommen til The Hideaway. Vårt stille, tilbaketrukne studio leilighet, under et minutts gange fra sandstranden Almyrida beach. Studioet ligger i hjerte av Almyrida, men er allikevel stille og fredelig hva angår trafikk og støy fra barer. Om sommeren når det kan bli varmt er studioet fremdeles svalt og fint. Kort gangavstand til tavernaer, barer, suvenirbutikker, matvarebutikker, apotek mm. Utleie av biler, sykler, vindsurf, kajakk, båter. Drosjer og daglig bussforbindelse til Chania by.

The Stone House in Aspro (North Side)

The Northern Stone House is a fully-equipped traditional cottage with a large outdoor yard, in the village of Aspro, Chania. It was built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2020 by myself and my father. Our goal was to create a space that is simple, serene and evocative of older times, yet is completely functional in the modern sense. It's located 2km away from the area's main village Almyrida, where you can find some basic stores, restaurants, as well as a couple of beautiful beaches.

"Σπίτι ώστε να χωρείς και χωράφι όσο μπορείς", έλεγαν τότε. Σήμερα, το φιλόξενο αυτό σπίτι ελκύει με την απλότητά του και χαρίζει ηρεμία στον επισκέπτη του. Κυριαρχεί η πέτρα, η ζεστασιά του ξύλου, ένας συνδυασμός ιδανικος!Απόγονοι της οικογένειας διέσωσαν τους 33 μεταλλωρύχους στη Χιλή το 2010!
