L'appartamento ricavato dalla ristrutturazione del vecchio cascinale di famiglia è al piano terra con un ampio cortile in cui parcheggiare l'auto ed un grande giardino. Si trova in una cascina circondata da noccioleti e vigneti a pochi minuti di auto dalle mete UNESCO di Langhe e Monferrato e dai borghi dei grandi vini: Barolo, Barbaresco e Moscato. Two independent apartments, swimming pool with solarium, garden and two outdoor dining areas, which can accommodate up to 6 adults with their children. Just a few minutes from the village of Novello, ideal for couples, small groups and families. The owners are available to organise tours and activities: wine tasting, outdoors, yoga, massages, home chef.

Di giorno le vigne ed i boschi fanno bella mostra di sé, di notte il silenzio è accompagnato solo dalla fontana nel cortile. Sulle foglie della ninfea a volte riposa il Principe Ranocchio.
