Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. My second floor, pet-friendly studio is located in a small (15-unit) property at the quiet, north end of Seaside's famous Promenade, 'the Prom'. A short 15-min stroll to downtown and all the shopping, attractions, and restaurants! There's a nice peek-a-boo view of the Ocean over the the parking lot & beach grass, where the beach path begins :) 1-2 Pets are allowed for $50. Capt Johnson House; history with river views

Enter with your passcode and you'll be welcomed by the parlor’s 10-foot ceilings. Your river view, two-bedroom suite, shower/bath and laundry are up the stairs. This landmark home was built in 1875 and is named for Captain Eric Johnson, a Swedish immigrant and riverboat pilot. The kitchenette has a microwave, mini fridge, hot pot and coffee maker. Owner lives onsite per city code, though there are no shared spaces. Astoria Homestay Lodging: 21-03.
