Pet-Friendly Backyard Studio Retreat

Relax in our quiet townhouse retreat. *note: the bathroom is on the second floor. Downstairs is a living area with sofa bed and a queen-sized bed. It’s perfect for two guests but also great for children or three adults. Our converted garage uses space heaters in each area. Check the upstairs ledge for the heater/AC remote to control the window unit. Our kitchenette has only microwave available. NO OUTSIDE APPLIANCES ALLOWED. Upstairs is a large bathroom and listening area with turntable.

On game day, just head through the Arch, past the victory bell, through the quad, where you land "between the hedges" at Sanford Stadium! And a stones throw from the Taylor Grady House.

Relax at the MartInn, a newly renovated guesthouse only 20 minutes from downtown Athens, Ga. This one bedroom guesthouse is situated on a peaceful, wooded lot. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck, and then scramble some farm fresh eggs provided by the host’s chickens. The guesthouse is within 10-15 minutes of the Firefly Bike Trail, the North Oconee River Greenway, and Watson Milll Bridge State Park. Also nearby is the Broad River Outpost to rent kayaks for a float down the Broad River.

Enjoy the best of all worlds with this private 1BR/1BA in the heart of Normaltown (5 minute drive - less than 2 miles - to downtown, campus, and all that Athens has to offer). New construction, our clean, bright, and airy guest cottage sits far back from the road on our 1 acre property...incredible location in the middle of Normaltown, but feels remote! Ideal for football games, parent weekends, concerts, campus visits, or anything else that may bring you to the Classic City!

The Nest, Charming Country Setting south of Athens

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.

You'll see deer every morning and evening and maybe a famous football coach who lives nearby.

This charming english cottage style guesthouse built in 1916 is located in the heart of Five Points within walking distance of incredible shopping and dining as well as UGA's campus and athletic facilities. No detail has been overlooked in this cozy 330 sq. ft space. Equipped with a king size bed, kitchenette and large walk-in shower, the space resembles that of a luxurious resort-style room.

A short walking distance to restaurants, shops, OCAF art center, and 7 minute drive to DT Athens, home of UGA, or 20 min. to historic Madison. Enjoy coffee (we have 2 kinds of coffee makers) or afternoon libations on the porch. Best of all - sleep well in a very comfortable bed.
