This special place is in the middle of the Shawnee National making it a short drive to many favorite hiking locations Burden falls,Jackson falls,Bell smith springs, Garden of the gods, We also offer guided horseback riding into the Shawnee on our horses or u can bring your own on vacation and we have room to stable them and guide u everyday to a different location in the Shawnee to see. The cottage is on a horse farm with a large yard to play in and enjoy the stars at night around a campfire

If you’re looking to explore or hunt in the Shawnee National Forest, this is the perfect place to be! Guests have full access to the home, hot tub and all amenities.

Welcome to the Shawnee and "Corinth"! The structure in which you will be staying was formerly a two room schoolhouse that's been transformed into a residence. The school's name was Corinth, hence the name of this establishment. Accessed by a private outside entrance with a deck, the space consists of a bedroom with a queen bed, a hallway, a full bath and a beverage/ closet nook. The deck is a great place to sit and relax while watching the birds, squirrels, rabbits, chickens, and ducks!

The Paddock at 1208 - Simplicity, Style & Comfort

The Paddock at 1208 is a house that was built in the 1920's. Former owner was a pharmacist and racing horse trainer hence the name and decor. There is a sister house across the street, The Choisser Burnett House which sleeps six and is also on Airbnb.com. Twenty minutes minutes south is the  Shawnee National Forest whose terrain spans woodlands, hills and lakes and it's wildlife includes bald eagles.
