Luxury lakefront apartment - and a pool!

This new apartment on Cayuga Lake is in the middle of New York's famous Finger Lakes. Seneca Falls is a quaint, quiet community surrounded by dozens of wineries, trails, parks, boating, fishing and more - a vacation paradise, and home to the National Women's Hall of Fame. Your private deck overlooks the lake, plus there's a private pool, deck and grill. 2 bedrooms, full tiled bath, huge modern kitchen, and hi-def TVs in the living room and bedrooms w/free Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu & Disney+.

Cozy Apt. Very Quiet & Private

The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

Welcome to our "home away from home" on Owasco Lake! It's cozy in the Winter, AIR CONDITIONED in the Summer, and you may bring your dog! We have 80 feet of private lakefront with a stone retaining wall. The house has modern renovations with antique decor and central air. Even if the weather doesn't cooperate, there is plenty to entertain indoors, and it's close enough to explore the Finger Lakes, Auburn, Aurora, and Skaneateles. Period furniture blended with modern amenities provide for a luxurious stay. Park directly outside your suite and private front entrance. From your living room, step out onto the grand, columned back porch and stroll through the peaceful gardens. Sip your morning coffee on the patio beside the fountain or under the pergola while enjoying the gas fire pit.

The OWASCO suite is located on the second floor in the historic district of Auburn, this older home is situated between historic mansions of Auburn's past and is part of a multi-unit building. Less than 5 minute walk to downtown our large studio apartment offers a king bed and 2-twin rollaways (cot size ), 58" smart tv with Roku access. (fireplace is decorative only). Casa Esperanza on Wyckoff Road

The property is located on 3 acres, overlooking Owasco Lake. It is a rural area, approximately six miles south of Emerson Park in Auburn, NY. Auburn is the home and final resting place of Harriet Tubman and William Seward. Other places of interest are Aurora (McKenzie-Childs), Approximately 15 miles away; Ithaca, 35 miles south; Rochester, about 75 minutes away, and Niagara Falls, 2.5 hours away. Owners reside on the same road, close by the rental property.
