Private bathroom, bedroom /queen size comfortable bed, living room, kitchen with electric cooking pan The tiny house has good size refrigerator and smart TV. Guests have access to gazebo with BBQ and fire place. From tiny house is easy access to public transportation: bus stops is across street and another 500 feet from home. Walking distance to several restaurants, grocery stores, post office, park.

Only for 2 adults without any mobility or balance issues, as it's a hillside property with stairs and steep ramp. Entire floor 600 sq.f. with separate entry, kitchen, 2 decks, secluded backyard. Quiet Kent West Hill neighborhood Free street parking (steep) 30 mins drive to Seattle 15 mins to SeaTac airport 2 h to Mt. Rainier National Park 3 h to Olympic or N.Cascades NP Easy access to I5, SR167, SR18.

Waterfront Cabana with fireplace and hot tub

At the waters edge of Lake Tapps you’ll find our cabana. It’s hidden and private within our residential property. You’ll have the entire waterfront of our parcel to yourself. Fish off the dock, kayak, or just relax in seclusion. Outdoors you’ll find a large covered porch, fireplace and hot tub. Inside- a queen wall Bed, fireplace, cable TV, Wifi. It’s not as large as the pics make it seem but it’s comfortable. Please be aware the shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom.
