Private suite in a daylight basement, sleeps 1-6 people. Entrance to the suite is through the garage and no stairs. Our neighborhood is quite and full of large trees & friendly people. We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. Our cottage is a private, quiet pet friendly retreat. This is very nice, safe family neighborhood. There are still farms up the street and great walking and hiking trails in the area. Minutes from great shopping and dining at the Avenue of West Cobb. Also about 12 minutes from the Marietta Square, also great for dining, shopping and historical tours. Atlanta is about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.
