It's the perfect location for kite surfing, paddleboarding, kayaking and fishing. Charming beach cottage, short walk to the beach!

Welcome to Sandy Point Cottage! Just a short walk to the beach with great sandbar access for surfing. Walk or bike to Avon village restaurants. Our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is perfect for your long-term stay. The master bedroom has a new 2021 Kingston queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has bunk beds + a double bed. A full kitchen, stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware. Enjoy two decks for sunbathing, reading, eating. New 50" smart TV. May 27 - Sept 13: Saturday check-in/check-out only.

Ocean Minded (The Loft)

Ocean Minded (The Loft) is the top floor of our beach house featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom with peek-a-boo ocean views from the screened in porch. The house is centrally located in Avon on a private, dead end road and is walking distance to the beach, pier, restaurants, food trucks, and a coffee shop. Most of the other houses on the street are privately owned by families that live out of town and are not rentals, giving it a very peaceful and serene feeling.
