Despite its name, Weighbridge cottage is a three story townhouse on Church Street in central Lyme Regis. It's close to everything, yet peaceful and tranquil. It has gas fired central heating and is situated in a private road on the west side of Seaton and has the advantage of off road parking.

Idyllic Country House on a Farm

The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is only 7 minutes drive from the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.

The Stable

The Stable is a stylish converted barn for two, or a couple with a young child, set on a peaceful working farm in Broadoak. Surrounded by rolling hills and country walks, it’s just a short drive to Bridport and the Jurassic Coast. The spacious interior blends comfort with character, and outside there’s a private, landscaped garden with lawn and patio — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Dorset.
