Our great grandfather used to play piano in this loft and our father later renovated the top two flights of our old 1910 townhouse for you to now spend a wonderful time in Munich in bright, large rooms with a large outdoor terrace facing the garden and old trees. Very generous for singles or couples in separate bedrooms, but also plenty of space for two couples or families of four. The interior is a bit of a time capsule while the neighbouring subway ride to the center is only 6 minutes away.

Vitra, Knoll, Moormann, Artemide, Fermob, etc.) eingerichtet wurde und der schöne Garten stehen Ihnen zur alleinigen Verfügung. Es liegt in seenaher ländlicher Lage, sonnig in einem großen idyllischen Garten mit altem Baumbestand, der im Süden an eine Weide mit Bachlauf und Kapelle grenzt. Wanderwege liegen direkt vor der Tür.

Adventure Bavaria's Burg Villa

The Adventure Bavaria Burg Villa is situated just below the 12th Century Auerburg Ruins, in fact the trail to the top starts right from the front doorstep. The Burg Villa is actually the combination of the Burg Loft & Burg Apartment, ideal for larger groups staying together. It is minutes walk from center and the Hocheck bergbahn or 2 minutes walking to the luegstein see and Ideal location for both summer and winter. It was completely renovated in August 2021 and waiting for happy guests :)!
