Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Das Häuschen steht auf dem Campingplatz Christophorus umgeben von drei herrlichen Naturseen am Rande des Allgäus. Von hier aus lassen sich unzählige Ziele erreichen, ob Freizeitparks, Kultur oder Städtereisen, ob Wandern, Skifahren oder Radfahren. Alle Einrichtungen des Campingplatzes können mitgenutzt werden, Spielplatz, Minigolf, Hallenbad mit Wellness, usw. Das Häuschen bietet Platz für 5 Personen und ist aufgeteilt in Wohn/Ess/Küchenbereich, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Terrasse mit Garten.

Spacious, family-friendly holiday apartment in a calm rural bavarian region. At the edge of the forest. Wonderful view over an idyllic yalley. Kitchen and bathroom just for you. Only 20 km to LEGOLAND. Large living room becomes a second bedroom. Also ideal for sports and active holidays. Starting point for hikes and bike tours. Swimming lakes, waterski and wakeboarding facilities and outdoor pool less than 10 km away. Near to the Allgäu Alps, the Swabian Alb and to Augsburg, Ulm or Munich.

Second Home

The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).

Gästehaus Heilig Apartment 2

Only a few minutes walk from Lake Constance, the "Gästehaus Heilig Apartment 2" is centrally located in Langenargen, a recognized resort with a beautiful lakeside promenade. The vacation home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus accommodates 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. The child-friendly accommodation provides a baby crib and high chair upon request.

Unser Haus liegt idyllisch direkt am See mit einem traumhaften Blick in die Schweiz auf den Säntis und die Zeppelin Stadt "Friedrichshafen". Seit 8 Jahren sind wir erfolgreiche und glückliche Hosts, durften jede Menge tolle Menschen bei uns begrüßen, die auch gerne unser ganzes Haus gebucht hätten. Deshalb haben wir uns entschieden ab Ostern 22 unser ganzens Haus netten Gästen zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Bei uns erwartet Sie eine voll ausgestatte Wohnung, mit ca. 95 qm Wohnfläche im 1. Stock gelegen. Unser Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Stadtrand von Krumbach mit Blick ins Grüne. An Tagen mit passendem Wetter sehen Sie die Bergkette der Alpen.
